Creating a Festive Ribbons Holiday Swag and Matching Gathering Bow - FuzzyFabric.com

Two cute decorations for the price of one! Our latest double DIY shows you how to create a Festive Ribbon Holiday Swag on one of our Work Rails, and a gathering bow out of the leftover scraps from the swag.  The gathering bow technique doesn’t need to just be made with leftovers either, you can pick whatever array of ribbons & mesh you like best and make it the star of your home decoration! Each tutorial explains how to make these two projects from start to finish, so you can create them yourself at any skill level.

The swag took our experienced designer just about 30 minutes to create, but if you are a beginner it may take longer. The bow took only 7 minutes, but the more you practice, the faster they go. This swag is also versatile because it is created on a working rail. It can be a swag, a centerpiece, OR you could even bend it and use it as a mailbox cover! The versatility is the reason why we’re so in love with these work rails.
